Access to SMM Resources I understand all Brands (Safe Money Millionaire, Insurance Mavericks, etc) are property of Insurance Mavericks and Money Mastery. And as long as I am a member in the SMM Advisor Program, I may utilize their training, resources, staff, and material. Once I am no longer a member, I may not use any copyrighted material or resources exclusive to our paying members.

Billing/Termination I authorize the Insurance Mavericks Permission to charge card my card $99 for the first 30 days, $199 for the second 30 days and $399 each month for membership in the SMM Safe Money Millionaire program.

I understand that I may terminate this agreement anytime by requesting cancellation AND signing AND sending in the Official SMM Cancellation Form at least 5 days prior to the date I wish the termination to take effect. I agree to pay any and all amounts due and unpaid through the month in which the termination occurs. Upon termination, I agree to cease using licensed material and all other tools included in the program. I also understand that SMM websites are Insurance Maverick’s property and will cease to function.

I understand that once a charge is made for the given month, services have been rendered and no refunds are available.

I understand that in order to receive the 30 day money back guarantee I must:
A. Fill out, sign, and submit all required paperwork back to the Safe Money Millionaire team,
including this Advisor Enrollment Form and the SMM Cancellation form. B. Submit a cancellation form within 25 days of joining the program. C. Return all hard copy materials that I received via mail to the Insurance Mavericks Office.

Revocation of Payment: In the event that the agent elects to chargeback a credit card with respect to any fees paid under this agreement, the following agreement shall apply:

I agree that before contacting my bank/credit card issuer to revoke payment, I shall attempt to resolve the dispute with Insurance Mavericks by calling 801-693-1677 or emailing support@insurancemavericks.com.

Compliance with State laws I understand Insurance Mavericks is in no way liable for any violation of laws or compliance standards. I accept responsibility for any legal fees, fines or repercussions that result from violating standards, and hold Insurance Mavericks harmless from such. I agree that Insurance Mavericks is not responsible for independent actions taken by insurance carriers.

I understand that despite best efforts to create compliance friendly material, all marketing
materials provided by Insurance Mavericks including the Safe Money Millionaire and websites may not comply with all compliance guidelines and I hold Insurance Mavericks harmless for any repercussions related to use of such sites and materials.

Confidentiality Agreement In addition, I fully understand that legal action may be an insufficient remedy to Insurance Mavericks and their subsidiaries, in the event that I violate the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement. This agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Utah, County of Salt Lake, without regard to conflicts of law provisions, and Client consents to jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Utah.
